Augmented Planet – Augmented Reality Event

Augmented Planet London Meetup
As I am now officially free from the shackles of work, at least for the time being, I was speaking to a buddy of mine who wants to help me put together the first Augmetned Planet event in London in November. I’ll be hounding some of my old contacts to try and get a venue over the next few days so will be able to firm up a date very soon. The agenda is yet to be set, but it should be a fun filled with killer augmented reality software demos and a talk on building applications for you developer types to help you build your own augmented reality software. Beer and nibbles will also be provided.

There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved with the event, in the meantime to help us get a rough idea on numbers, and find out who wants to talk at the event I have prepared a short survey. If you could take the time to complete it that would be fantastic.

Traveller AR First Look

When you load the Traveller AR game its clear to see where the inspiration has come from. The game is very Elite like, you start with a basic ship, travel between the numerous space stations located in the galaxy while trading cargo in an attempt to build up your money and to equip your ship.
