ARGirl Dance fun for the iPhone

Marker based applications for the iPhone are surprisingly few and far between at the moment, so if you are looking for some maker based augmented reality fun, take a look at ARGirl for some dance action.

ARGirl has been around since April but has recently had a face lift with some new features such as the ability to change the models clothing and to automatically detect the song genre.

ARGirl is a simple concept, print or draw a marker to make the model appear, and then select some music to watch her dance. It’s simple but strangely fun.

I couldn’t find a more recent video, but the clip below shows ARGirl in action.
